Baltimore Ravens 4'x6' Rug 4X6 Floor Mat (Rug) Review

Bought the rug for my man room, its just the right size for the room, which isn't that big. I have a cream color wall to wall carpet in the room, so if you have doubts that it will work with that kind of carpet, it works well. I also have my walls painted the Ravens purple, with white trim. So dark colors if done right can work. The rug itself is nice to the touch, and isn't that bad even with a dog that has white hair. It shows, but vacuums right up. Recommend.

This board is great for your balance workouts, and is the best if you're trying to rehab feet, knees or hips! Some balance boards are too hard to control for rehab because they can wobble in any direction (like the Bosu).

This one only wobbles left or right (or up and down) and has a height adjustable bar at the bottom which is great for starters to more advanced. I've used this for foot issues and knee problems at the physical therapy office and then bought one for myself. It's all wood and very sturdy.
