I absolutely love Kershaw, first of all. Everything they produce is top quality. This knife is no exception. Essentially you're getting a quality folder. The steel is lovely and adequate for any home or outdoor use. The handle is sturdy as is the lockup. There is little to no blade play. The tri-carry clip is sure to be useful for any carrying method you prefer. The blade shape is splendid with an excellent drop point and a very deep bevel; this is useful for more arduous tasks. The handle itself is sized decently for my, albeit larger, hand. Most people with smaller hands will find this perfect. It's not too heavy considering its titanium build. The titanium itself is not as shiny as pictured and looks rather a lot like a solid grey or teal color. I can't say for certain. It looks wonderful in my opinion but its not mirror shiny like pictured so expect that. (Note: this detail is aesthetic so won't effect functionality.) The handle does get marks from hard surfaces touching it.These little scratches are, again, purely aesthetic but a scarred knife is a well used knife so I think it makes it look more rugged. The grip one maintains on the knife is acceptable. I wouldn't use it for anything really serious but you won't be slipping too much. The jimping on the blade is OK. Not the best but i'v seen worse. The button lock is pretty cool. It feels a bit... off on mine. I imagine with a bit more wear and maybe some oil in there it'll be much smoother. In the meantime, it's not a big deal; the lockup is incredibly sturdy regardless. The thumbstuds are great as is the flipper. The deep carry pocket clip is great for getting a tight grip on the pants and the extra room on the middle means it won't fray your pants as much or slide off and the deep carry means it's less in the way. The stone wash finish on the blade is beautiful. All around a great knife. Is it worth a hundred dollars? That depends on weather or not you use it enough. This'll certainly last several years without much, if any, wear on it which means its worth it to me but if you're a casual knife user there are some other excellent kershaw blades that will last you just as long for less money (assuming you use it less.(I recommend the Skyline, Chill, Oso Sweet, and the Tremor for hard tasks.)) All around great knife if you plan to use it and especially if you like kershaws. The titanium alone was enough to convince me.Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Kershaw 3810 Dimension (3810)" are high quality item.
