I have a Horizon CST 3.5 treadmill. The belt broke and I was on the hunt for a new one. I found this belt on Amazon that was sold through Treadmill Doctor. It was cheaper to buy it through Amazon than directly from their website. I was told that this belt would fit my treadmill. The belt was too short and we broke a braket attempting to put the belt on. I contacted the seller through Amazon to let them know that the belt was too short. I initially received an email back asking me to let them know the product number on the inside of the belt. I responded with a picture of the product number and never heard anything back. I ended up calling the selling to complain. The customer service representative was not very helpfully. She stated that the belt I received was the right size of belt for my treadmill. I informed her that it may be the right size according to their size charts however the belt was too short and would not work. Finally she said I could return the belt for the next bigger size. They did not offer to pay for the return shipping. I do not feel I should be responsible to pay for sending the shorter belt back since it did not fit. However, at this point I just wanted a belt that would fit so I could use my treadmill. The new longer belt worked good and I am now able to use my treadmill.
