I'm big on reading reviews before purchasing and should have listen to the one review of this product because mine came broke as well. They obviously need to create a box for such items. When I opened the box the top foot was broke off and hanging in the plastic bag it was wrapped in. Sad but upon further inspection the tip was also broke and not even in the box which means it was broke before it shipped. Very disappointed with Amazon on this one. Shipping it back and not letting them try to ship another. Wish I could have reviewed the actual product!
