I wasn't expecting much from this holographic point sight, so I wasn't disappointed when I received it. The mount is pretty decent. It is easy to install, and seems very solid once installed. The sight itself has several brightness settings, and four reticle settings. When aiming through the site, be sure to look at your target and not the reticle, as looking at the reticle will cause it to appear out of focus. The problem with this sight versus more expensive sights is the fact that when you are looking through the sighting glass, you see the reticle, but you also see the light reflecting off of the indentation for the reticle projector.In high end sights, you ONLY see the reticle, even at brightest settings. With THIS sight, you see the reticle, as well as a few lines of light at the periphery of your vision. It doesn't affect aiming, but it is a little annoying. Still, for 80 dollars, you can't expect perfection. As for maintaining accuracy, I can't comment as I haven't had it long enough to see how it holds up on the range.
