These chips are actually nicer then I had anticipated. For $100, you can not get a better 1000 chip set. The company was a pleasure to deal with. They had shipped my set with the standard metal case, but as you see this was supposed to come with the "casino" acrylic case. I emailed them early Sunday morning and by Monday around Noon the wheels where already turning to fix the error. My customer service rep Megan had the correct case to me by Thursday morning. The only complaint I can give (well, besides the shipping error, but I was so pleased with the response to it, it is not even a complaint to me) is that the picture shows more higher denomination chips then you get. You do receive a more $1 and $5 chips then shown, and not as many $1000 chips. Although, the tournaments that I have with my friends are between 15 and 30 people, and this set will still do the trick.
