My feet are size 11 with above-average width. The pair of these I bought are size 12 and they fit perfectly; couldn't fit in a smaller size. There are 5 "holes" on the sides of these spikes (see picture). They're hard to see from the pictures and I didn't realize this until I tried them out; I like this feature a lot since my feet burns towards the end of races from the heat inside my spikes when racing on a hot track on a warm sunny day.
I compete in 400m (50 sec.) and 800m (1:57).

High Peak Phantom 45 + 10 Internal Frame Backpack Review

I was hesitating between this pack and a more expensive Deuter Vario Futura 50+10 Internal Frame Backpack. Deuter appears to be a far more renowned brand, but this High Peak pack had more features, so I eventally chose it, and I wasn't disappointed.

The pack is very well made, from quality materials. It looks great, it feels great, and it wears great :-). The suspension is fully adjustable, and I had no problem adjusting it to my long (20"/51cm) torso, with space to spare. Be advised that the hipbelt might be a bit of a problem for kids or particularly skinny adults. I'm 31" in waist and I had to adjust it almost to the minimum -- if you are below 30", this pack probably won't be good for you (the hipbelt is integrated with the suspension and cannot be replaced).

Exactly what we needed to fit a LARGE ice chest. A couple of bungee cords to secure it and we were on our way. While I was driving, I could not feel if it was wiggling in the receiver or not. People in our caravan said it was wobbling a little from side to side but it's not noticeable in the vehicle while on the highway. The unit is sturdy beyond belief. Definitely worth the money.
