My feet are size 11 with above-average width. The pair of these I bought are size 12 and they fit perfectly; couldn't fit in a smaller size. There are 5 "holes" on the sides of these spikes (see picture). They're hard to see from the pictures and I didn't realize this until I tried them out; I like this feature a lot since my feet burns towards the end of races from the heat inside my spikes when racing on a hot track on a warm sunny day.I compete in 400m (50 sec.) and 800m (1:57).
