This is an excellent hydration pack for cycling. It carries enough water for a long ride, plus a good volume of storage pockets for food bars, wet weather gear and some medical gear, without becoming a full sized back pack. This is much nicer than a similar product that I was using from Camelbak. I was disappointed, however, to discover that the exterior pocket is NOT detachable, as is stated in the product description. Also my pack arrived brand new, but the entire waist belt is MISSING, leaving the wait belt pockets flapping at my sides. These two items are not the fault of Source, but it is not worth my time and effort to send this back to Amazon for an exchange, so I will simply make my own waist strap with some one inch webbing and a side release buckle.
