This is an awesome offering from Wright & McGill. This rod is fairly light and it feels good in the hand. The alignment dots and reel seating placement guide are a plus. As well as the thumb cut out. An unexpected feature that makes casting that much more fun. I was expecting more medium action than fast. Better suits my power forward style of casting. However; it shoots, picks up line, and puts it right where you point. Over all, very happy with the purchase and looking forward to trying out B Wiggins signature fly rod as well.
