Im a woman with a large foot, so i can wear mens or womens runners. After reading hundreds of reviews on every website out there, I debated updating to a barefoot running shoe, which seemed to be the most popular running shoe of today, I decided to stick with old faithful style and I purchased a pair of Salomon runners. They had really high ratings, yet after many runs I decided they were too bulky and slightly too large for me. Since I couldn't return them, I had to just buy a new pair, this time going for my second choice, Izumi Streak2. Now I'm in love. I have a normal running style, and these babies have air cushion in exactly all the right points! It's amazing. They are light weight and thin, yet still feel incredibly cushy. They do run an entire size small or maybe 1/2 size small depending on how much room you like for your socks. I wear a woman's 10/ men's 7.5-8 depending on the brand. I bought these in size 8.5 and they are snug. If I wore bulk socks they would be too small. I love them so much I'm considering buying a second pair. This time I might buy the size 9, so I can wear thicker socks.
