This scope looks good, and appears to be made well. But that only lasts up to putting it to use. I mounted this scope and a .300 whisper rifle, and the scope did not hold up under mild recoil! I put 40 rounds through the rifle, 20 sub-sonic, and 20 super-sonic, of which both have mild recoil, the same or less than a 5.56 or .223, and the front lens came loose. This tells me a couple of things: 1. this scope is not made very well, 2. the Vism customer service is not very good, and 3. if these are truly nitrogen filled, it isn't for long. I'm sure the loose lens released any and all nitrogen. It would cost me more than 1/4 of what I paid for the scope to possibly have it fixed. I've decided to not throw good money after bad, and put the $20 towards a quality scope. I will pay more for that scope, but it will last more than 40 rounds.
