I got this for my Glock 20 and I don't see how it could possibly be much better. All leather holsters have a break in period so it was very tight at first and doesn't have the adjustment screw(for the holster tightness, it does have one for the cant adjustment) like some Galco holsters, but as the directions say, that is by design. I did as the directions said and wrapped my pistol in a freezer bag and put in the holster for 15 minutes and it was much better.As far as paddle holsters go, this is the best. Paddle holsters don't pull the gun as tight to the body as other holster so I wouldn't get if you are planning on concealed carry.

Update: After trying it out for a couple days I found that it is possible to conceal my Glock 20 with the tactical shirt I just purchased. Not as good as an iwb, but it is way more comfortable for me, being a larger guy.
